Notes on younger people's communication levels

Data patterns?

Younger people (late 20's) ways of sharing data

Do they: phone, email, twitter, gmail, google reader, facebook message, myspace message, or text? Each message has a level of type of communication associated with it.

Friends go to parties and have knowledge of what had been read because they are all reading the same Google reader. Conversations miss the "let me tell you about this article I read" part because everyone has read the article. Discussions go in great depth, without any reference. People out of the virtual circle cannot contribute to the conversation at the same level.

Not so much browsing. All selected media, selectively delivered.

Browsing not even a part of their consciousness.

Not caring about being target marketed to or about privacy. Only financial privacy.
